mustard and toppings of you choice
Dissolve yeast in water. Slowly add sugar, salt, oil and flour. Let rise 1/2 hour. Roll in long strip. Spread with a little mustard; add a layer of toppings. Fold and pinch dough together. Bake at 350% for 1/2 hour. Serve with favorite sauce. Alma Fern Bontrager
I will tell you what I do for my family when I make this. I double it three times and that makes 6 loaves. This is very good for leftovers. You can also make it into individual hot pockets bake them and freeze for later. Do use the mustard though because this makes the stromboli so good.
Do enjoy this is absolutely my family's favorite and it is nice cause you have to fix nothing else with it. Also do not try to use your own bread recipe it will not taste the same. I tried it with my recipe and the family did not like it. I finally got it on Brenda sorry so long. Let me know how you like it when you get around to fixing it. Have a good day and God bless. ReplyDeleteThank you for posting this, Rebekah! I'll give it a try in a few days. It sounds really good! And it doesn't look too hard to make.
